Last week's devastating news of an 18 year-old intern's parents' deaths (yes, plural) in India sent me straight into a spiral of grief, trauma and death reflections. I wrote this piece for anyone who has ever been dealing with grief. But most of all, I wrote this one for my grandpa in heaven.

Turning 30 in a house I co-own with the people I love (one of whom, I birthed!) and a tech company I co-run that embraces the voices of women and POC (rare for this bro-y industry), feels good.

As some of you might know, we purchased our first ever home this past October. It was a dream come true for both of us who are first-timers, young professionals, and parents. Today, I would like to walk you through a virtual tour of the house and explain a few choices we made.
